The work of the Sumter County Democratic Party to reach and activate Democrats throughout the county is possible only through funds raised in support of these efforts.  The Fundraising Committee plans and carries out a variety of events and activities, including Speakers’ Events, contests, Democratic merchandise promotions, in-person and virtual Gala Fundraisers, and much more.  Donations received from these activities are needed to maintain and supply the Sumter County Democratic Headquarters office, and support volunteer work to reach local Democrats, build ties within the community, and support and protect voting rights.
